Welcome to VundaHalloweenathon Day 2: "If You D.A.R.E."

From stoner adventures to psychedelic journeys & even "hard stuff," today we defy our "Drug Abuse Resistance Education" & get smashed! Maybe even literally... #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #31DayHorrorChallenge #31DaysofHorror #MutantFam 🎥👻🎬

Day 2 #31DayHorrorChallenge

VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED (1995)

My pick for bad remakes is a John Carpenter film. Considering the director and the big names (Christopher Reeves) in the cast, this should be better. The worst thing about it is how bland everything seems.

Thanks for joining us for “Freaky Favorites” day! Day 2 is “If You D.A.R.E.” day so make sure you join us at 10:31 PM Eastern for the classic Troma slopfest CLASS OF NUKE 'EM HIGH. Until then...

Day 1: Rad Remake

Hellraiser (2022). Some folks I know were on the fence about it, but I thought it was a fantastic remake. Obvi there is no beating the original, but I thought they made some cool story choices and the cenobite designs were awesome. #31DayHorrorChallenge @nofspodcast.bsky.social

Day 1: Rad Remake

HOUSE OF WAX (1953)-An art student grows suspicious of a sculptor's wax figures

An eerie delight that combines the atmosphere of the 1933 original with the pure animal magnetism of Vincent Price

Day 1: Rad Remake

Film: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003)
Director: Marcus Nispel

Well, I have several streaming options and no plan at all beyond catching up with some recent releases so, what the heck.
