I assume I'd be subsistence farming and trading scavenged tech for gout meds. That sounds like too much work, if anything.

It would be difficult, i'd be cut off from most research, even if that's getting increasingly difficult these days, but then i'd also be cut off from my internet peoples, who inspire me daily
