#TunesOnTuesday shares "Chase the Wind," which I wrote (and performed) on a Windstar cruise in the Mediterranean this summer. We enjoyed the trip, and the song reflects that feeling. #WindstarCruises #WindSpirit #songwriter #songwriting ohljazz.com/2026/09/15/t...

I thought writing song lyrics would be like writing poetry. The basics are the same, but song lyrics are so much harder!!! If anyone has any advice, let me know ❤️ #songwriter #songwriting #author #writer #reader #lyrics #songlyrics

A philosophy for avoiding heartbreak: choose joy and focus on positive emotions instead of dwelling on sadness or unrequited love. It’s about embracing what feels good. #songwriting #philosophy #joy

than simply noticing
you have stopped
trying to be elsewhere.
