He feels the house shake
He wishes he could scram
He feels his body start to quake

At nightfall
repulsive apparitions crawl
the gloomy mountain,
in an unnoticed moment
a haunting story of chaos unfolds,
gnarled yew spawns sinister specters
blood smeared scythe descends
in the darkened woodland
silencing the final cries.
