Day 2 - Bad Remake - The Haunting (1999)

I hate this movie but the cast and production design are top notch.

Day 2: Bad Remake

I don't know how a shot for shot remake of a beloved horror classic with an all star cast swings and misses this hard, but it really does not work. Vaughn really is unfortunately cast as Norman Bates....

Day 2: Bad Remake

HOUSE OF WAX (2005)-A group of friends stop for help in a town filled with strange wax figures

Basic formulaic slasher that bares little resemblance to the source material. Decent soundtrack though, so it has that going for it

269/365: Pet Sematary (2019)

I'm just never going to be a fan of changing the source material with Stephen King adaptations.

I am a product of my raising in horror...

2nd prompt: Bad Remake
#2 The Fog (2005)
Alright listen the original isn't exactly great, but it has a charm I rewatch it on the regular. This one is just terrible. So, so bad, lol.
