Red Cap Mushroom Patch WIP 5. 7/8 colors stitched so far. The caps of the mushrooms are stitched, including the white and light gray dots. The mushroom stems are stitched. Tonight’s #bedmaking is a new #crosstitch project! This is a commission from our judge at the local card shop I play at.

Her favorite is Gengar and she requested this specific card for her design. Photos don’t do this card justice! The holo is GORGEOUS!! 🤩

Pattern is Peacock Tapestry by Theresa Wentzler. Part of the frame border is stitched in. Embroidery by Sidney Eileen. WIP 2 This pattern was originally purchased by my partner some twenty years ago because she loved the design, but she never stitched it because she hated doing counted work, and it is a particularly complicated pattern. She lost her battle with cancer in March of 2026, and I am stitching this piece in her memory.
