seeing the killer clunkily try to sneak up on these people is weirdly humanizing in a way I appreciate #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

Wait so the killer always strikes when it's raining and your conclusion is... the rain... triggers him?? Not like, it's a lot easier to commit crime under cover of rain??? 🤨 #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

lol Arkansas High School? just the one? #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

Okay going undercover in drag is a bit much lol #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

I think portraying the police as utter buffoons is Good, Actually #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

The naturalism of all this is actually really well-done I think. #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

I've only seen this once and I keep meaning to revisit it, in part because one of my favorite things about it is how many different genres it kinda melds together--sometimes maybe a little clunky but that's part of the charm to me. #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

Also THREE black filmmakers??? And an Asian woman??? RZA and Flying Lotus killing it??? Ernest Dickerson going fucking HAM OF ALL HAMS?!?! Renee Zahn bringing the puppets?!?!?! I LIVE. #VHSMixtape #ShudderParty #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

As someone who literally does collect sounds from my life to use in making my music, this last segment is VERY much my shit. This movie absolutely rules. Definitely one of my tops of 2026! #VHSMixtape #ShudderParty #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

And now we're into the LITERAL DEATH METAL MUSIC VIDEO portion of the film. This was made in a lab for me. #VHSMixtape #ShudderParty #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

Really loving Mr. Sze's unhinged acting and it looks like he was genuinely playing the violin there #VHSMixtape #ShudderParty #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

not the perv glasses oh please let this end horribly for him #VHSMixtape #ShudderParty #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬

The GWAR wrap-around is definitely the best part of this and that's not at all a knock on the segments but holy shit this is so good #VHSMixtape #ShudderParty #Vundacast #VundaHalloweenathon #WatchParty 🎥👻🎬
