Small bronze statue of a crouching pan playing pipes mounted on a very short concrete base.  The side of his left leg is in the foreground with his knee pointed toward the left of the picture.  His upper body is twisted with the right elbow on the left knee.  His left arm is raised to shoulder height and bent at the elbow.  His head is bent towards the left of the picture facing back towards the right of the picture blowing on the  pipes which he is holding in both hands.  The sundial is on to of the left side of his head and his left shoulder.  Also visible are paving stones and grass.

Sculpture of an elephant taken from the front with its head tilted back, its trunk curved back over its head and its ears out to the sides.  The Elephant is mostly painted shades of blue with the lightest blue at the top and the darkest at the bottom, with bits of references to Rousseau paintings on the ears and legs.  Also in the picture are a tan wall with two windows and a striped planter, the two pieces of white stone the elephant is standing on, red brick and concrete sidewalk, trees, and in the distance someone walking.

"We the People" is in a significantly larger font than "of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty for the United States of America."
