Done with gels? Tested the FTP Starter Stack so you don't have to. Cheaper per serving, less waste, genuinely tasty — but it takes practice before race day. Honest review here 👇

Not a cloud in the sky this morning — just sun painting everything gold. Perfect conditions for a run. 13.47 km at 5:25/km, and I felt every bit of that beautiful light. 🌞

Damp, humid morning but it wasn't going to keep me indoors. Took a new route through town and caught it waking up — quiet streets, a few swans saying hello along the way. No sun today, but 11.60km at 5:28/km still felt good. ðŸĶĒ

After a restful weekend, it felt so good to lace up for my first run of the week. 13.32km at a steady 5:31/km pace — easing back in gently. #RunSky #Running #MorningRun #UKRunning

Two years with a running buggy. The honest verdict is in — and the best bit isn't the kit. If you're a new parent wondering if you're still a runner: you are. Always were. fullpotential.co.uk/post/thule-glide3-two #UKRunning #ParentRunner #Running

Perfect Friday run — 11.39km at 5:22/km. Darker mornings have a silver lining: I got to watch the sun rise properly, creeping over the horizon and spilling colour across the sky. Hard to beat that. 🌅

Nice breezy run this morning — easy and consistent pace. The sky put on one of its shows, full colour array as the sun rose, and a family of deer crossed my path. 13.41km at 5:38/km. Mornings like this are why I run.

Beautiful morning for it — the sky putting on a proper show of colour. One of the best parts of running outside is catching nature at exactly the right moment. 11.65km at 5:21/km, mixing it up with a run through town today. #RunSky #Running #MorningRun #UKRunning

Nice relaxed run down at the loch this morning. Mornings are getting darker — a sure sign the seasons are turning. Still good to be out there. 13.52km at 5:17/km. 🍂

Why do weekends fly by so fast? Another damp morning here, but nothing was going to keep me indoors. Slightly slower pace today — 11.41 km at 5:28/km. Still felt good to be out there. 🌧

Less damp than yesterday, and the sun finally peeked through the clouds. 13.50km at 5:20/km — weekly target met. Already looking forward to getting back out there. #RunSky #Running #MorningRun #UKRunning
