My MP, @munirawilson.bsky.social, initial non-responses gave way, bizarrely, to support for #Rosebank and #Jackdaw. For a clearly intelligent politician, the cognitive dissonance must be raging.

It would make sense then, that Burnham announces full, permanent veto of:

It would also be logical to ensure a robust and resilient public water supply service and domestic energy supply networks *before* allowing large new commercial users (many data centres).

Yes, he’s terrific and it’s worth recalling he called the idea of approving #Rosebank and #Jackdaw “climate vandalism.” Now he’s been shifted to foreign affairs, watch out for his successor green-lighting new oil and gas drilling in the North Sea.

And in this same context, of weather records smashed globally, and super El Nino - the Standard says Healey let a #Heathrow runway-sized cat out of the bag.

If true, it's a decision of equally mind-numbing idiocy to developing #Rosebank and #Jackdaw.
