#PitchDis recovery period update 😁

-I've replied to all the pending DMs from Twitter and Bluesky. I'll start on the email inbox shortly.

-A few people got requests today 😊

Honestly, I left out the comps for #PitchDis and got some requests, so I may let it stand on its own this time too. More character space or hashtags. Sucks because I had an agent but she left agenting unexpectedly. Querying again after we aged it up is not my favorite! 😅🫠 Best of luck to you! 🫡

Good morning, everyone!

I have a very busy day ahead so I won't be online as much today.

And just a reminder - although the #PitchDis request period is technically over, some requests may still go out.

I'll try to get to some stats later on this evening!

6 requests on #pitchdis! I’m so grateful (and still in shock) and I can’t wait for dvpit!!

Two requests via #PitchDis feeling super grateful ✨💕

And finally *drumroll, please* the total number of #PitchDis requests as of 8pm EDT -

1,186!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Stay tuned the rest of the week for the annual wrap up and some fun stats.

Have a good night, everyone!

To the agents and editors who participated in #PitchDis, thank you so, SO much for your patience during our technical difficulties and for all the requests you made. Your participation and enthusiasm for this event keeps it going 💜

And that is it for #PitchDis 2026! It was, quite literally, the longest #PitchDis ever 😁

Thank you so much for sticking with me through the glitches and chaos. But also, thank you for sharing your work with us 💜

Finally, I'll post the preliminary number of #PitchDis requests received at the time the window closes. It may change later on.

Thanks so much for all your patience during these busy two weeks!!! 💜💜💜

-Emails will be replied to in order of importance. I'm sorry, but the "did I get a #PitchDis request?" emails will go last since we may get some late requests in.

-I hope to post the annual wrap up by the weekend, but it may not be posted until next week.

-I have a busy day tomorrow, but at some point I hope to get some #PitchDis stats for you, including the ones you requested. I may try to spread them out through the week though.

Okay #PitchDis pals. The official request period wraps up soon. Here's a thread of what happens next.

-Don't be surprised if you receive requests after tonight. As long as agents and editors have pitches in their cart by 8, they can still send them out after.

Hello,Thank you for my #pitchdis request. I fall into the ‘queried once received a (very polite ☺️) rejection’ camp. I’d love to send the revised version but in an annoying twist of technological fate, QT won’t let me. Happy to send over by alternative means, if you’re still interested!

Hi registered #agents and #editors!

Just a reminder that since we had some technical difficulties last week we've extended the #PitchDis request period until today at 8pm EDT. Get those last-minute requests in 😊

@giannamarie.bsky.social hello! I wanted to reach out because you requested from my #pitchdis pitch! Thank you! I had already submitted to Keir Alekseii after their request, but I just didn’t want you to think that I was ignoring you. If/when they aren’t interested, I’ll query you!

Happy Monday! It looks like we had a few requests come in this morning.
Two important reminders:
1. The #PitchDis request window closes tonight at 8pm EDT.
2. Make sure to check your spam folder for requests.

-We had some requests come in today 🎉
-I'm going to be away until this evening volunteering for another group I'm involved with, so I may not update tonight unless we have more requests go out. Have a good Sunday!
