It’s time to pour an older mini. This blend was for the Italian whisky market, being largely produced between the 1960s and 80s. I’ve seen someone on whisky base saying it’s soapy, let’s see. #olddrams #sandyfraserblendedwhisky

🏁 - Medium long, remains spicy, the Smokey mezcal thing lingers nicely and along with last nights mini, as an evenings opening dram it’s not bad imho. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #blendedwhisky #noblehighlander

👅 - It’s quite spicy, with white pepper, and green chillies initially. It quickly changes to a more malty chocolatey flavour, with white fruits. With time I’m getting sugar glazed doughnuts. #olddrams #blendedwhisky #noblehighlander #whiskyminiatures

Thoughts - As this evening’s opening dram it’s a good sipper. At 40% it’s not lacking flavour, it won’t blow your socks off, but it’s nice imho. More time and it becomes more lime citrus. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #SingletonOfDufftown

👃- Dry straw, a little vegetal, then lots of old school bubblegum, pear? Rhubarb, green apple skin. Eventually balsa wood comes forward, and it stays quite fruity. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #SingletonOfDufftown
