I've finally reached the end. I could probably sink another 7 hours in the shaders adding more details to the windows and streaks on the ground for light/traffic but Im happy with this project as is. Onward.

Slowly but surely. Using the color map texture to determine which style of window each building will have. The window styles are rendered dynamically in a GLSL fragment shader using some modulus magic. Different colors right now while I'm testing out drawing techniques.
