NAZA is a documentary that interviews 24 Israeli military and intelligence personnel. It is in theatres starting today. Some lines | wrote down watching it: “Whoever you decided to kill was considered a terrorist” “Having Al decide who lives and dies” “It's like a video game” “Insanely fun” “People killed every day running to get food by snipers”“At one point the army decided to flatten entire areas” “We'd go house by house. Everything. Until nothing was left” General attitude described: “There are no innocent people in Gaza” "We need to erase Gaza”One talked about the imaginary line Palestinians couldn't cross and how they would kill them remotely if they did. He saw a boy on the camera cross the line and they killed him.One talked about hearing a baby cry in the house (through surveillance) and then bombing it.

Just replacing all allusions to sex with "sleep with," basically, and hoping that's obscure enough to not get banned (: Algorithmic censorship of so-called "adult content" (which somehow includes "female-presenting nipples" but not "male-presenting nipples," but don't even get me started on that) is really fun and definitely isn't infantilizing potential book readers while coddling ACTUAL NAZIS etc. followed by the start of a reblogged add-on reply by an account named "someone-pretentious": You are, genuinely, one of the stupidest people I have ever met in my entire life. putting aside the fact that people are allowed to decide what is and isn't allowed on a website that they host, putting aside the fact that both royalroad and scribblehub allow varying amounts of explicit content, putting aside even the fact that there exist websites specifically to disseminate literature with explicit content such as yours, the very idea that people who even mildly disagree with you on the allowable "someone-pretentious"'s post continued: You are, genuinely, one of the stupidest people I have ever met in my entire life. putting aside the fact that people are allowed to decide what is and isn't allowed on a website that they host, putting aside the fact that both royalroad and scribblehub allow varying amounts of explicit content, putting aside even the fact that there exist websites specifically to disseminate literature with explicit content such as yours, the very idea that people who even mildly disagree with you on the allowable amount of sexual content are defacto nazis is so absurd I think that you are either posting bait, or so low down on the evolutionary totem pole that you may very well have been switched at birth with an amoeba. I'm not even going to try and engage you in a reasoned debate, as I'm sure the herculean effort of stringing all those words with more than four letters together must have fried your already strained brain for the rest of the year, and thus ensured all your remaining communications will consist of nothing more than grunts and pointing. I'm honestly surprised you were able to make these objections, seeing as I'm honestly surprised you were able to read, much less write your book. I can only assume it must consist entirely of four letter words, bemoaning how the state of your life and the world is entirely the fault of third parties, which are conveniently entirely beyond your control, interspersed every 4 chapters with wild, explicit, and terribly written escapades of completely unrealistic sex, seeing as know human with any modicum of intelligence would ever allow you back into the gene pool. Final section of their post: Did it ever occur to you that perhaps its not that sexual content on royalroad is "shadowbanned," but rather that it is literally the only english web novel site to have a cultivated base of non-explicit authors, and thus attracts people who enjoy non-explicit novels?--a thing which they are allowed to do without being nazis. Probably it did not occur to you, as I am sure the idea of causation vs correlation is as foreign to you as cause and effect, or the idea of thinking before you say something. Also, the hell do you mean you need to censor for scribble hub? in the top five most viewed books for scribble hub, there are literally books called "a perverts world" and "the incubus system". I give you five guesses as to what those are about, and any guess but "sex" doesn't count. I don't read scribble hub, as I'm personally don't like these types of books for religious reasons (which, again, I am allowed to do without being called a nazi). That is the extent to which scribble hub is censored, that you have to look harder for a book without explicit content than one with! In conclusion, I'll put this in words a troglodyte like you could understand. Please imagine for effect that I am saying them very slowly, in the style of an American tourist talking to a local who doesn't speak English, as that is about the amount of comprehension and mastery that you have over the English language. YOU. ARE. STUPID.my reblogged response to them, before blocking them: lol someone has big feelings TL;DR, I'm just gonna assume this person is an AO3 stan who is absolutely enraged at the idea that anyone for any reason would choose not to post there. Listen, if a random person posting on the internet about nonsensical censorship makes you This Big Mad, you might want to genuinely get off the internet for a little while and, quite literally, "touch grass." Anyway back to writing my happy little original gay webnovel, hope you have the day you deserve <3
