The top of the jar body is the same as the lid, but tapers down into green towards the base. On the top of the jar lid there is a green round knob, the same green as the bottom of the jars body. The colors of the jar are similar to sea foam, or warm waters at a beach.

The jars lid is being lifted, the inside of the lid is a tan-ish green color. The inside of the jar is the same blue color as the lid.

The jar and lid are next to each other on their sides, showing their interiors.

The first komainu I ever made.
This one came out of the kiln on April 8th, 2025! I have made so many since then, and yet this one remains my favorite 🥲 It currently protects a friend's house!

A singular kurinuki cup.
I used one coat of two glazes and a texturizer. The outcome was this beautiful matte coloration.
The two glazes were Ancient Jasper and Textured Turquoise, both AMACO glazes.
