@totallyfilmi.bsky.socialOctober 1st is the birthday of the multi-faceted, multi-talented Vineeth Sreenivasan. We can thank Vineeth for giving us Nivin Pauly in the first place, and giving us *this* Nivin Pauly in the second place. #DesiWatch
@totallyfilmi.bsky.socialRam obviously made a film precisely for me, and it's causing me great pain to know I might never see it. (I have no faith in it coming to OTT). #DesiWatch

@totallyfilmi.bsky.socialThat moment when you discover you have written 1000 words on a film you couldn't remember watching. Though, to be fair, it was a 2016 film. Although, reading through it, I realized I mentioned Tom Alter was in the film and *that* was the trigger for remembering the film after all. #DesiWatch

@totallyfilmi.bsky.socialIn happier news, it's Madhu's 93rd birthday. If I could recommend only one of his films, it would be Bhargavi Nilayam, where he is wonderful as the charming and compassionate writer teasing out the story of a ghost. Sadly, this film isn't available with subs, and it's one I want restored! #DesiWatch
