Doing a much simpler set this time around, in part from work and in part from wanting to just use like... images to convey this one.

Might get more complex overtime, but we will see.

I've begun doing pencil studies of Chauvet cave! There is one more I'm still working away at, but its much bigger and more complicated so I figured I'd post these in the meantime!

A drawing of a cave wall, on it is a red-brown depiction of a cave painting bear. The main bear's face, back, and front leg are drawn in minimal, well defined lines as the rest of the body is faded. It has no eyes. The only colour inside the lines is a smudge of brown on the bear's snout. Two smaller bear heads can be seen above and below the larger bear. A drawing of a cave wall with a black-line depiction of a rhino cave painting. Its hind legs are faded, but it has a well defined face, back hump, and belly. It has one long slender horn on its nose and a thicker, smaller horn on the bridge of the snout. It has one small dot for an eye.
