New diagnosis on my chart just dropped.

Got to rule out a bunch of stuff in the process, no arthritis or diabetes.

I AM very low on Vitamin D, in spite of the multivitamins I take. I plan to become a massive pest and ask my husband for injections whenever I can. I also got suppliments.

Also having fun finding lots of weird random symptoms that have always mystified me finally have an explanation!! Like the weird occasionally itchy lumps on my heels! bodies are freaking weird, yall.

I'm really grateful I finally was able to get one of the GPs to listen to me long enough to realize I had a point, and to suggest I go private for the diagnosis, because the current NHS wait times for that are... *long*. Now I know, and can work on learning how to better manage myself.

So I've officially been diagnosed with hEDS! I'd been trying to get my GPs to take me seriously for YEARS every time I sprained something new and told them I thought there was something fishy going on, but they always wanted to just blame my weight. Once again, I was correct about my body.

my mail-in ballot for the Florida general elections has arrived! brain was too fried today, but planning on doing my due diligence tomorrow and filling in all the annoying bubbles I need to before sending it back snail-mail style. I have no access to a Fax machine, the only other option. 🙄

the instructor was really nice.

and some of the others in the group did make statements about how it made them rethink their business processes. was it lipservice? playing the game?

was the idea of an SLA really new to them???

maybe the next courses are where it gets innovative, when we learn the tips and tricks to use the words and concepts we're learning to maximize value!

a world-wide recognized qualification, supposedly. the more I learn about the business world the more angry i become.

we can't have raises. we have to send people on courses to understand that digital services are based on digital products. 🤯

passed the practice exam after day 1 of the course. By a lot more than they require. & they don't require much to pass at ALL, which imo makes the worth of the certification pretty low, honestly. what's the point if you only gotta know a little more than half of it???

maybe i finally sell out and follow this line of courses all the way to become an expert in the field and let them pay me to say things like "vendors are people, too."

can fund the things I actually want to be doing- like finally replacing my moldy wallpaper or broken oven!

started Physical 100: Mexico and am SO HYPED. The Physical 100 series continues to be phenomenal. The sets, lights, editing, the non-toxic competition, the genuine encouragements, the appreciation for all types of disciplines.
we've got manual laborers now!! Hell yes. I love them so much!

made bit of headway getting things ready for other important stuff, too. Plumber happy to come back for more maintenance, found what I need for passport renewal (only the photo is left now), did more working out.

oh- updates. Saw my GP, confirmed some of what Rheumatologist sent me for, was appropriately horrified at the previous results that hadn't been disclosed to me or followed up on, and got a successful referral back to Gynecology. Waiting on next appointment on the medical merry-go-round.
