Amateurs notice the hidden details and challenge the norms. I care about being an expert in certain domains but awareness is a big thing for me. If there is a way for both to coexist then that is the middle ground I desire #hwa2 #amateurvsexpert

A media environment is something were blind to because were used to it while an anti-environment is seeing things that we don't see but experts see and bypass. An example would be us reading TMITM compared to you or Mcluhan reading it and comparing how we experience it. #hwa2 #amateurvsexpert

amateurs are able to recognize the things professionals can't, they basically are an anti-environement seeing the things professionals are so used to and skip over. Examples would be how an amateur reads TMITM or us compared to you and how we are still able to be surprised. #hwa2 #amateurvsexpert

The amateur hasn’t adapted to the environment they’re in so they notice the small details the expert has ignored, and they experiment with what’s around them because they’re unaware with how things work. Things that amateurs offer is that they notice irregularities, likely the first couple times around. They also could afford to lose arguments, so they continue to experiment. I think I'd rather be an amateur because I feel like they're more aware of the media around them.
