The Franciscan monastery of Our Lady of the Cave on the island of Lopud, Croatia, was founded in 1483 and transformed into a private retreat known as Lopud 1483. Built in 1483 in the Elafiti Islands near Dubrovnik, the dilapidated structure was restored by Francesca Thyssen-Bornemisza to serve as an art space and hotel. The original 13 monks' cells were converted into five suites; while the main complex is now an exclusive private property, the adjoining church occasionally opens to the public.

Le monastère franciscain de Notre-Dame-de-la-Grotte, situé sur l'île de Lopud en Croatie, a été fondé en 1483 puis transformé en une résidence privée baptisée « Lopud 1483 ». Érigé en 1483 dans l'archipel des Élaphites, près de Dubrovnik, cet édifice alors délabré a été restauré par Francesca Thyssen-Bornemisza pour devenir un lieu d'art et un hôtel. Les treize cellules de moines d'origine ont été aménagées en cinq suites ; si le complexe principal constitue désormais une propriété privée exclusive, l'église attenante ouvre occasionnellement ses portes au public.

The island has two ports: Suđurađ in the east and Šipanska Luka in the west.
It is home to over 100,000 trees. A place of natural beauty.

Bari is a port city on the Adriatic Sea and the capital of Puglia, a region in southern Italy. The old town, in the Barivecchia district, is a labyrinth of streets occupying a promontory between two harbors. Surrounded by narrow lanes, the Basilica of San Nicola, an 11th-century building and major pilgrimage site, houses relics of Saint Nicholas. To the south, the Murat district boasts 19th-century monumental architecture, a promenade, and pedestrianized shopping streets.

Bari est une ville portuaire de la mer Adriatique et la capitale des Pouilles, région du sud de l'Italie. La vieille ville, dans le quartier de Barivecchia, est un labyrinthe de ruelles occupant un promontoire entre deux ports. Entourée de ruelles étroites, la basilique San Nicola, édifice du XIe siècle et important lieu de pèlerinage, abrite des reliques de saint Nicolas. Au sud, le quartier Murat se distingue par son architecture monumentale du XIXe siècle, sa promenade et ses rues piétonnes commerçantes.
