Again, I didn't expect much out of tonight to begin with, my frustration is with how this team played tonight. Lazy defending, slow recovery, no fight, just kind of going through the motions. #SportingKC

IF SKC break the record for the most goals allowed, there will be this, the incorrect call in the St. Louis game and others that will be long forgotten by the long lens of history. #SportingKC

SKC have allowed 72 goals this year.

The MLS record is 78 for most allowed.

They have to get through 5 games allowing less than 6 goals. Something they haven't done all season. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

Cleveland now 0 for 5 on PKs this season. Only Tony Meola in 2003 has faced more PKs in a single season without a miss/save (0 for 6). #SportingKC

Harsh handball given against Jansen Miller late in stoppage time after VAR intervenes.

Madrigal steps up and finishes it. 4-0 Nashville. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

Mohammed with a tackle on Jayden Reid and he can't continue. Emir Karic replaces him.

No Capita tonight as SKC are out of subs. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

Second half has been "better" from #SportingKC but I think that's as much or more b/c Nashville has taken their foot off the gas than anything KC has actually done.

Cleveland with a giveaway in his own box...

Jansen Miller saves a goal. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

Davis on for James.

Jake Davis with his first game since 8/23 against Atlanta.

Bartlett to RB and Davis into the midfield. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

Jake Davis makes his return. #SportingKC still down 3-0.

It's taken away. Surridge heads it off his own arm. That's a bit unlucky for Nashville, but SKC's cushion to not be the worst defense in MLS history gets a goal off the board. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

4-0 Nashville.

Surridge with a brace, but VAR is asking the ref to take a look. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

This team is an embarrassment. #SportingKC

Shapi takes a dive and the ref buys it. He grabbed his face, but Baker-Whiting looked to just get a little piece of his chest/jersey. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

And moments later, Taylor Calheira replaces him. Two subs left with 40-ish minutes to go. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

Seymour Reid stretching his leg out and moving awkwardly. It would be a shame if you have to burn a sub on him.

You have to think the plan is to get Jake Davis and Capita some minutes tonight. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

With Bassong coming out, he should be one game away from a good behavior incentive and then he'll need two yellows to end up with a suspension.

He also didn't look good tonight (who did though?), so bringing him off at half makes sense. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

Bartlett and Harris on. Bassong and Luiz off.

Stephen Cleveland has the armband. #SportingKC #NSHvSKC

CF Montreal also down 3-0 (to Atlanta)

At least #SportingKC are unlikely to lose ground on their attempt to leave the basement tonight.

All attention to Saturday.

In spoon watching news, Montreal lost 3-0 tonight, so #SportingKC stays within 2 points on Montreal and getting off the bottom of the table.
