Husband and wife podcast about #SportingKC and #KCCurrent soccer. ⚽
Hosted by @chadcsmith.bsky.social. Posts mostly from Sheena.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialI don't understand the ground pass. Why would I have an experience not in the stadium and spend all that time getting to the stadium, and money paying to park somewhere. I don't understand who this appeals to except maybe the people who live nearby.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialNew episode of hte pod is out:
• #SportingKC let a road lead slip away late in Seattle
• Midfield depth tested after Lasse's injury
• Debinha hat trick powers Current's 5-1 rout
• International call-ups and #KCBaby playoff picture

@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialWow, Sophia Smith got a an automatic red card in the Portland/Boston game! She pulled a Boston players hair. So wild. They are currently behind KC Current in 6th place.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialI'd like to be a fly on the wall to hear the conversation Claire Hutton had with her former teammates. I'm sure it was nothing deep, but still...
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialHocking was vocal about whatever the ref said to her. I don't care for that look. It's one thing to be vocal but she borderline look like she was yelling or cussing. I couldn't tell, but it wasn't a good look.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialWait, he has an agent?! I did not realize this.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialbut what about the days he's not feeling the prep? or does he get home from a game exhausted, and go to bed with the paint on. It's a commitment that's impressive, but sounds like wayyyy too much work
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialTeal Man is such an interesting character to me. I wonder so many things about him, but mainly, does he ever want to go to a game as a normal dude without the paint?
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialSo happy to see Deb get a hattrick! It's well deserved.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialIt looked like Michelle Cooper may have been crying while on the ground. Thankfully, she's okay!
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialA new episode is out!
A first clean sheet of the year, André Luiz putting on a show, and an upset win over 2nd-place Houston!
We break down the match, 11v10 weirdness, Capita's delayed return, and a KC Current rout. #SportingKC #KCBaby
@stholeary.bsky.socialReposted by @fortheglorykc.bsky.socialYou can trace the decline of American society through DraftKings/FanDuel ads. In 2015 when they first infected sports, fans were so mad they stopped. In 2026 every league & network gets a cut, so fans are still mad but we're forced to suffer. The customer is always wrong, now.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialI hope we get to vote on the stadium plans.
@danielsperrykc.bsky.socialReposted by @fortheglorykc.bsky.socialHad some time at #SportingKC training today: No Moisés Mosquera was the surprise absence. Jake Davis was back doing some individual work on the side. No Capita or Blorian, though Capita is nearing reintegration into training.
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialFrom a dream 3-0 start to pure heartbreak. Was Saturday’s second-half collapse against Philly the worst in club history? We break down the tactics, subs, and officiating on the latest episode #SportingKC
And Vlatko + KC Current. #KCBaby

@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialZusi really is perfection!
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialDo you mean here instead of hear?
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialCurious: Announcers said this was Sporting's best game of the season? I know the bar is low, but do you agree?
@fortheglorykc.bsky.socialOMG, the announcer said, "we are wrapping things up in Kansas City, Missouri" Three times tonight he's said they are in KC, MO. Apple TV needs to vet these announcers better. Please let Nate do the Sporting games.
