@vickyblue21.bsky.socialI may be a bit ahead so I'm gonna try not to spoil owt.
@cta84.bsky.socialRenda's crew are bad men - full CAHP KEELERZ. And still Charlie rules the roost.
The soundtrack reminds me of Driver 2 om PS1. Nice. #SundayCinema
@fuddymunster.bsky.socialDuh keys.
DUH KEEYSE!
DUH KEEYSE!
DUHKEESH!
DUHKEESH!
@lioneltwigg.bsky.socialCharles Bronson was a good actor when he tried - his performance in the Magnificent Seven is great. Just a shame he got stuck with the Death Wish films. #sundaycinema
@fuddymunster.bsky.socialLettieri, you may recognise from The Godfather, among other things. Would die only a year after this film, sadly.
The story I'd always read was he was the one member of the Godfather cast who could proper take you to see some shady people.
@lioneltwigg.bsky.socialJinxed me self! #sundaycinema not the other watchalong hashtag!
@lioneltwigg.bsky.socialBuffering - come on internet don't fail me now! #sundaycinema
@fuddymunster.bsky.socialI really do love the soundtrack of this, it's such an odd 70s blend of western tinged funk and synthesiser.
@fuddymunster.bsky.socialIt's pretty fair to say Bronson's films are often fairly reactionary conservative in most cases, but Majestyk, he's cool. Sticks up for the little guy.
And also DESTROYED THAT GUY'S NUTS, HOLY SHIT, DID YOU SEE THAT
@cta84.bsky.socialPeople hawking people for sale.. Undercutting of wages begets undercutting of wages..
Charlie ain't gonna stand for this
@vickyblue21.bsky.socialWell I guess nothing changed much in 52 years 🤷♀️
@fuddymunster.bsky.socialAbsolutely wonderful titles on this one. Director Richard Fleischer would go on to direct past #SundayCinema favourite (of everybody but me), Red Sonja!
Alright, I didn't hate it that last time. It had its merits.

Eyup #SundayCinema folks, hope you enjoy this one, one of the first movies based on Elmore Leonard (in fact, he wrote the screenplay, THEN adapted it into a novel), Bronson never finer, Al Lettieri. Oooh, Al Lettieri in this.
