I think they're right about doing our best to remain optimistic. It's hard to remain so sometimes when we see so much bad news in the world today. I urge all to NOT give in to cynicism.

It shouldn’t be called the "American Dream" because not everyone has the same opportunities to succeed in this country.

The fact that our newest generations are having so many worries about our futures is upsetting. How can this "American Dream" be something we can't even achieve.

Especially for those that lack job experience, the job hunt feels especially daunting. I'll end up being in a similar situation soon, and this feeling definitely hasn't gone away for me.

I found it interesting that the copilot was able to get through airport security with a knife despite all the safety measures in airports. I was also surprised that a passenger was able to help take control of the situation by using a move he had learned from watching a video. #StudentsTalkPolitics
