This only works if most users don't understand how #ATproto verification works on the Atmosphere. It is open. Many parties can verify, and any app can read those labels and filter on them.

W is selling a filter on public data as a unique feature. The confusion is already visible in the discourse.

#WSocial just shipped a verified humans feed which quietly exposes the flaw in their whole pitch. Their verification is slow, hard and creates security risks for users. And now unnecessary. This new feed treats it as no different from verification done anywhere else on #ATProto.
