#Swedish #Politics sent a letter to social democrats asking if they're for Basic Income. They told me no they believe in the absolutely worthless Activity Duty ( Aktivitetsplikt ).

Guess I know who I won't be voting for.

Let's see what the Left says when they reply.

Just got back from the #vote. In #Sweden, women gained the equal right to vote in 1919 and first enacted that right in 1921.

⚠️ 🆘 #UNICEF is still missing 77 percent of what it needs there this year.

On March 20 the #Swedish government said it would give #UNICEF $38 million for children in Gäza. The #AkeliusFoundation answered by doubling it: $76 million, the largest single donation UNICEF Sweden has ever received.

Reaching out to anyone in Swedan or Swedish. On Nickelodeon there was a Swedish Dub made for the Backyardigans, and now I can find only handfuls of episodes of it. If anyone knows where I can find the full dub please drop a line!

"'How Great Thou Art'" is a Christian #hymn based on a #Swedish hymn entitled "O Store Gud" (#eng: "Oh Great God") written in 1885 by Swedish poet and minister #CarlBoberg. The English version of the hymn and its title are a loose translation from 1949 by English missionary Stuart K. Hine.

Since I'm just beginning to learn Swedish, I can imagine joining a Swedish D&D group and playing as a dense fighter that never knows what's going on, but wants to kill everything no matter what's happening. I could roleplay the cluelessness perfectly. #D&D #TTRPG #Swedish
