From the scary murder lift to my first sub 25 minute 5km in ages.

Not a bad Saturday morning.

Pacing 40 minutes at #rutlandwater #parkrun this morning and rocking our swanky new parkrun pacer bibs (no pic, sorry).

As the lady I was running with commented, "none of the fast runners look very happy, do they?" 😂

Wee bro celebrating his 250th parkrun at the Waterworks parkrun this morning. The Waterworks was the first ever parkrun in Ireland in November 2010. It has beautiful views of Cavehill on the route. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks as always to the wonderful volunteers #loveparkrun

Had a lovely morning visiting our NENDY Waverley Lakes parkrun with John. Currently on the alternative course so an out & back route around the lake with plenty of opportunities to say well done to everyone. We regained our Record Breaker 45 badge. Many thanks to all today's volunteers.
