Ive been playing sustember with some lovely folks and I think I wanna write a horror story? Im not sure yet what direction I want to go but I think I might tiptoe into horror for a short story.

Although I mostly do fantasy, often of the cozy variety, I would be interested in dipping my toe into horror! A ran a couple of horror forward D&D campaigns and my players always “liked” (or were at least affected) by my descriptions!

and as far as writing goes, I went from "I want to try writing a Gothic novel SOMEDAY" to "I have an idea for a Gothic novel" in a single afternoon and thence to "I am writing a Gothic novel" within a week, on the train ride home post-Christmas

obviously money can be an obstacle, but frex when I wanted to try alcohol markers I bought a single set of grays and used a watercolor pad I already had instead of buying marker paper right away

(now I have tons of markers and multiple marker pads lol)

especially with visual art mediums, like I just have a lot of audacity as an artist, so when I want to try a new medium I sally forth however I can

I finished the rough draft of COJ chapter 5 a couple days ago, which I'm really happy with. The plan now is to go back and finish chapter 4, which I'd gotten stuck on. If I get stuck again, I have plenty of ideas for more chapters.

Playing Zero Company has giving motivation to finally get on writing that Star Wars fanfic I wanna do. But I'm scared because Star Wars is so precious to me that I wanns get it *right*

And also I finished recording some footage for my Dragon Age fic so I'm excited to finally get

Right now? Super excited my debut novel, Savage as You, is out. Getting it in local bookstores and branching out is a lot of fun so far. Loads of queer friendly folks here and I'm feeling the love, for sure. Plus, my novella will be out soon, too. :]

... i think I'm struggling with the transistion. this pov isn't even in the youngest pov. it's in the friend's BF's pov who wants to flee rn but can't 'cause his BF is on his lap. this character is meeting the older brothers for the 1st time #latenightwrite

Hi all! I'm excited to be starting edits on #CourtroomGhost. I found a problem with the story on line 2, so I'm off to a promising start. For the record, I don't fix the problem and go on; I note the problem on a problem sheet, write the problem sheet page number on the MS, and go.
