First birds of my day: a charm of fifteen Goldfinch twittering gaily as they flew around the treetop opposite, while a pair of Rook raucously passed on their way overhead.

A blackbird clucked quietly in the front maybe testing fallen tiny yellow apples. A pair of blue tits browse the leaves for bugs in the back as tea brewed #FirstBirdofMyDay

A little gang of sparrows having a Sunday morning natter #firstbirdofmyday
The FBOMD was a robin guarding the fat ball feeder from two dunnock. Lots of wings flicking, birds jumping and beaks snapping and stabbing. No harm done but while this was going on a gang of house sparrows dived in and stripped the feeder! #FirstBirdOfMyDay
A pair of crimson rosellas flying through the garden, feathers nicely coordinating with the bluebells and crimson azaleas. #firstbirdofmyday #whatsyours
First bird of my day: robins singing to each other over the gardens in golden autumn light. #firstbirdofmyday #whatsyours

Hope you are feeling better.
First bird of my day: blue tits flitting between the trees and the fence. A cold, crisp sunny morning here after last night's heavy rain. #firstbirdofmyday
A pair of dunnock chasing each other around the garden in this sunny and fresh morning. They were in the borders, on the fence and on the lawn flicking their tails at each other. #FirstBirdOfMyDay
