My hero is "emotionally isolated", having been re-acquired by the Papal agency he deserted from during the plague. He is now serving out an oath of loyalty unto death to the new head of the agency.

Most of them have friends or family to call on for support. But Wandell spends a lot of his time wandering around and not properly connecting with anyone.

Very yes: a brilliant (if difficult) solution to a problem I've written about needs to be inserted into the article. If page layout has already been done, then it need to exactly match the size of something we can take out

I don't believe in them. A story is its whole, not its parts. A good story can be experienced over and over.
A 2013 study showed that giving away the ending improved people's enjoyment of stories.
