The audio disrupts the idea that translation is simply converting the exact meaning between two languages. Chinese characters can be used for English audio, it creates a new reality that, although it makes no sense, can reach two languages.

As someone speaks Cantonese, I know very barely some Mandarin. So some words made sense to me when said in both languages. Therefore, some moments were funny, but many felt like a puzzle I was trying to get my brain used to and trying to understand, until I gave up.
