Alive

“New World Man” (1982) sits where Rush’s prog precision meets the clipped, reggae/new-wave pulse associated with The Police. Now Stewart Copeland plays it with Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson live

#Sting night on the #BBC yesterday caused me to reflect on #ThePolice at #Cardiff Millennium Stadium in 2007. VERY dear, but great! The opener was a young woman playing guitar, she came on and did one song! Does anyone know who she was please? It entirely escapes me now! 😎

In 2007, #ThePolice were the 1st to come back and, true to my word, I went to Denver, found seats for their 5th show back, and watched Andy, Stewart, and Sting reunite like no time had passed at all. It was glorious, and something I thought would be a one off for the Trinity. Years passed... 2/6
