Stopped treatment: 11-27% on the combos, 17% on placebo, 3% on tirzepatide alone.

9 mg: -10.2%
Placebo: -1.7%

Nine times the dose adds 1.5 points. Vomiting 3%, below placebo's 6%.

#EASD2026 present their guidelines for T2D CGM. Measuring HbA1c, TBR, and Quality of Life, the evidence shows there is a very small positive effect in the general T2D population. So an option but not essential. #dedocโฐ

Without diabetes (TRIUMPH-1, NEJM): -28.3%
With type 2 diabetes (TRIUMPH-2, Lancet): -20.8%

Same drug, same dose. Type 2 diabetes costs about a quarter of the weight loss.

I saw this at #EASD2026, the Medeva Essenza. A passive cooling case with temperature sensor, GPS locator, follower capability. I like it a lot. About to be made available for sale, from what they tell me it won't be the cheapest in the market but it is an elegant option. #dedocโฐ
