My game developer environment called "Game Portal" has many tools. Game Portal is like converter + inspector + debug tool bundle. So, it doesn't connect to a game engine directly. However, #bevy dynamic linking let me control data during the game is running.

So still using #bevy 0.19 but I would introduce my Game Developer Environment! it allows me to have hot-reload and dynamic-loading even the game is in running.
No error, fast reload, because this is not a game editor!
