"The faces at the bottom you make recognise as the Council members from a few pages ago. Each of those members were based on a friend of mine (with permission) and before popping them in the comic I did plain sketches, I was not sure yet if they were going to be oracles or scribes! "

"Some sketches of some background characters, including the 3 Oracles that hang around Mardochaois all the time. The Oracle on the right purposely has a wandering eye and the left has glasses,Their actual eyesight is not relevant to their visions or skills. I purposely added them to highlight this."

(2017) "who can resist a tiny ballet dancing Onna? I love doing sketches of the characters interacting and most of the time it's situations I'll probably never get to actually show in the comic, such as Ain and Daisho's relationship from before the comic started."
