"-Be a good girl.-

He had learned to hate makeup before he had even learned to hate his own body.
Every time they tried to bend him to their will, he died twice.
Once as a person. Once as a boy."

That no one could ever take me seriously.
Small, innocent, weak, cute...

"He puffed out the smoke after holding it in for too long.
As dizziness began to set in, he watched the shapes it made in the air and felt envious.

She held her breath.

A ghost with only wax for company.
A ghost with a pulse."

"Dirt beneath his fingers.
Dirt on his clothes.
The smell in his hair, the smell in his nostrils.
Wet dirt, disturbed dirt.
He hadn’t been able to wash it away, hadn’t been able to shake it off.

Not for years."

~2° DAY: Buried~
FAREED

"Just a boy in front of a camera.
There was no trace of the monster he would become, not yet.

Back then, someone might have even thought that dimple on his cheek was charming.

No one thought it would one day become a curse passed down through blood."
