@enoll-network.bsky.socialEric Seulliet has run a Living Lab with no building since 2006. He told us "user" is the wrong word for the person at the centre: they are a citizen, a worker, a neighbour. Eighteen years in ENoLL and he is still nudging us to think bigger.
