One loss should not reflect all the hard work you put into yourself and your content. You are so much more, and you have obviously worked so hard. This will not stop you, and part of you knows that truth. So instead of asking, "Why didn't I get in?" ask yourself, "What's my next move?"

But as a reminder, please take the time to consider how you respond to this situation. Losing is never a pretty feeling, but how you act on it will be a reflection of YOUR character. And acting negatively towards others solves nothing. Instead, please focus that energy on self-improvement.

Congratulations to all the Wave 3 Flare Blitz members! Welcome to the team! We are so glad to have you all join us in our fiery little home. Those of you who didn't make the cut, keep your chin up and don't fret! There will be other chances and opportunities in the future!
