🌟Crowley invented WHAT? This is my piece for #TIC7 zine. Crowley had a hand in a notorious earworm. Countdown to #Crowchella with me and celebrate a light-hearted Starmaker who left his mark on our world in a very silly way.

He flipped through the pages. Supposedly, there were logs of all of the angels. He did see some familiar names - Uriel, ugh, Michael, ugh, Sandalphon, double ugh. Alpha Centuri? Oh, that was nice. He designed that one. Frozen peas? Cars? Spice Girls? Wow, Heaven was certainly on something. The Starmaker thought it funny to write out his vision in the same design as all the other pages. He drew a central picture of this “people” in the middle of their dance. All around it, he wrote in angelic script - words to the music, how the music would be used, the joy it would bring to the…joy to the…well, something. With an artistic flourish, he drew a small banner under the image and gave it a name - the first thing that popped in his head. There! The vision had left his head and been placed onto paper, into the silly Book of Life. All he needed to do now was remember to pull that page out before he was done his work for the day.

Later, he was deep into his work, having completed dozens of pages, when he heard footsteps and voices. Ugh, Gabriel and Sandalphon. Probably coming to brag about some stupid new record for flying speeds. The Starmaker buried his nose into his design book and pretended not to hear them.

SOUTH DOWNS FLUFF. A rough morning leads to a day of easy pampering, Crowley losing his shit over baby cows, a snake, smut, and possibly not great French. What more can you ask for as Aziraphale and Crowley love it up for this fic on my #Crowchella countdown.

Their walk continued along the wood’s edge. The path would circle back to the small, dusty carpark in just a few short minutes. Aziraphale thought of how serene Crowley seemed and he was happy for him. After such a rough start to the morning, they managed to pull together a lovely day.

That serene demon was anything but as the sharp curve in the path brought them to a new downhill view of the chalk grassland that was currently being grazed upon by Sussex cows and their -

“Baby coos! Look at them!” He squeaked. He squealed. There were other sounds of indeterminate type, but they were high enough to get the attention of every bovine grazing the grassland. Any worry that his voice couldn't go higher would be all for naught once a few cows - and their calves - started moo’ing.

“Are you moo’ing? Are those wittle baby coo moos? Who has no right being that cute? You and your little moos!”
