That took a lot not to cry right there and then.. July i was having a normal conversation, she was forgetful of things then, but today I looked at someone that I know and love dearly yet she looked at some unfamiliar face that stopped by for a chat.

This has been one of the worst mental weeks ive had in a long time. Missed days of work because my grandma that practicaly helped raised me and my sis has had a dementia diagnosis a few months back, she now doesnt know who I am.

Welp, no more nitro for me after the month expires. Of course this shows up literally a day or two after my sub renewed.

An i say this because the company owner is pressuring me to make my own department. At this point, just fire the current runner and ill take over the current department. Its amazing how a little kindness makes clients like you.

Work rant incoming - Is it difficult to be kind? Like to genuinely just give a crap about a person and their experiences? I hate being told by a client they had a less then stellar interaction with the PERSON WHO IS MY BOSS.

Gonna be honest, this was me before I caught myself. I found it easy speaking to a machine to write because machines dont belittle or judge your writing and its instant gratification. Dont fall into this self reguritating hole, their are real awesome creatures out here willing to listen.
