Happy #bookbirthday to PRETTY EVIL, a YA graphic novel that's K-Pop Demon Hunters meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer, written by @rebekahmckendry.bsky.social and @davidianmckendry.bsky.social!

The cover of PRETTY EVIL, written by Rebekah and David Ian McKendry and illustrated by Tim Seeley. The cover features Mallori, the protagonist, wearing a sheer top and black hoodie combo and a short red skirt. She wields an intricate and rather large dagger that has ridges in the blade (looking akin to bone) and a small gem in the handle. Behind Mallori is a poster of her singing into a microphone and throwing up a peace sign, showing off her pop stardom. The word PRETTY is designed to be part of the poster with EVIL spray-painted in red underneath it.
