I'm working on a guide for attending cons as a vtuber! 💪 I'd really like some input from vtubers about what areas you would like me to cover. Also, what are your main concerns when it comes to convention safety? I'm adding a section on safety tips currently and want to cover everything I can!

How do I Become a Guest at a Convention? A Simple Overview for Vtubers Written by Firozera Foreword and Introduction It's event season with many conventions and other groups looking for guests. While there is no sure-fire way to become a guest, I was once involved in running a con. I helped source and handle guests and was in charge of picking and running panels. Since becoming a vtuber, I have been a guest at and attended several cons now in a variety of ways! This document will go over the number of options available to become a guest, as well as things to consider when applying and how to be a good guest. For background: GAO morning! I'm Firozera and I research vtuber topics to help vtubers have safe, fun journeys while also seeking ways to increase interest in vtubers outside of our sphere. One of the best ways we can achieve this is through our presence at conventions. This way we can connect with people who may be slightly familiar with vtubers but have never directly met one. In 2025, I ran the Vtuber Interaction Zone at SMASH! where I created an Australian record for most vtubers invited to a convention.
