@clarewadd.bsky.socialI was a first-timer at the very lovely super-friendly Plymvalley #Parkrun today - not the fastest route but I was pleased I managed to run all the way up the hill on the 2nd lap (if not the 1st) and that I didn’t trip on the downhills. Thanks to all the volunteers!
