What started as a #DND #podcast turned into an entire #TTRPG content creation network! Help us raise marginalized voices in the tabletop space!
@bardrockcafe.comHey @valiantdorian.bsky.social just wanted to touch base and see how your move went / is going.
I sent you an email about the project before your move and figured about now would be good to follow up
@bardrockcafe.comIsn't a separate PDF for the character sheet ALSO solved by just extracting pages?
@remmes.bsky.socialReposted by @bardrockcafe.comFeaturing @auritastudio.bsky.social as Stirling; @jnlangston.bsky.social as Max; me as Winston and @pkinter13.bardrockcafe.com as everyone else.
@remmes.bsky.socialReposted by @bardrockcafe.comHot-diggity-dog! It’s the final leg of the Famous 500 & the only thing standing between ESPN & winning by a wiener is a cookout collision with Granny Smith & the Famous Family’s Baconator Battle Mech. This week on @bladesinparadise.bsky.social: we settle the age old question: hot dog or hamburger?
@bardrockcafe.com@bladesinparadise.bsky.social broke into a corporate HQ, rescued a hostage, destroyed the entire building by dropping a dinosaur on it,and then escaped on the local monorail via some grind boots and a red wagon before escaping on a train they literally just stole.
@bardrockcafe.comCan I also request for accessibility reasons, their pdf suite always include a "quick reference guide"? I know I'm not alone in not wanting to flip through a 300+ page book for the 5 pages I'll need most often when I'm still learning it
@bardrockcafe.comPlease do!
@bardrockcafe.comYeah I would love to check it out!
@bardrockcafe.comWell I'm stoked for this game!
@rdonoghue.bsky.socialReposted by @bardrockcafe.comSo, the most interesting thing about this game (of which there are many) is that it very deliberately tackles something that gets a lot of conversational support but ends up being a lot more complicated to pull off in practice, and that's positive, contributory adventuring.
@bardrockcafe.comSorry for the delay but I sent you a DM.
@bardrockcafe.comShould we use the Gmail on your profile or is there a better way to follow up with the details?
@bardrockcafe.comThis is the game I am planning to use for the weird bug soap opera I have been posting about
@bardrockcafe.comMy ADHD absolutely can't stand long GM narration
@bardrockcafe.comThis project is still in the planning stages so if he's interested, I am confident we can make it work!
@jellyfishlines.itch.ioReposted by @bardrockcafe.com(Streamed) Ttrpg AP is like living in the air conditioner scene in Manhunt (Felker-Martin). If you’re trans femme you’re in active danger by the folks around you and you have everyone else telling you to chill tf out when you are rightly scared.
@bardrockcafe.com@evilhat.bsky.social : we're about to crowd fund a game in the style of JRLGs about apocalyptic global threats in a fantasy setting
Me, a weirdo: what if I make an AP about it that's a soap opera about bugs?
@bardrockcafe.comQuoting myself @starryknightsshow.bsky.social is an all femme magical girl ttrpg actual play about girls in a summer camp who become magical girls after a magical meteor brings a talking poodle from space to their camp.
@khadeja.bardrockcafe.comReposted by @bardrockcafe.compass this around - looking for a masc BIPOC or AAPI (or someone who wants to play a masc character) actual player for an upcoming project on Bard Rock Cafe, any suggestions? #actualplay #ttrpg
@ursabearwalker.bardrockcafe.comReposted by @bardrockcafe.comI might be playing in this. Wanna play too?
