Language of Flowers are a 5-piece from Belfast, Ireland. Shelflife Records released their debut album in 2004 and they're now working on the follow up.
@brensweeney.bsky.socialReposted by @lofband.bsky.socialI felt connections with Language of Flowers on many levels which made making the cover art for their new single ‘Shimmer’ feel right. Through coincidence they got in touch after reading my zine at a friend’s house. This single is a special one for them and their first in a long time. x
@lofband.bsky.socialNew single and first shows in over a decade next week! Come hear and see us. Love @brensweeney.bsky.social 's artwork so much.
@lofband.bsky.socialLoitering in Botanic Gardens 22 years ago. We're a bit more haggard now. Recorded Shimmer last year and hopefully the new album will be ready next year. It's been a long process... Cheers for playing the record!
