We'd respond to the folks in our asks and reposts, but most of them are very clearly reading our posts ready to take us in bad faith, and, frankly, are being really aggressive over us sharing server rules so that other people can determine whether or not we're the right community for them.

And if someone who was a friend can't handle having a different view than you and is bringing you down--having difficult conversations and making tough choices.

This includes muting or unfollowing people on a platform where tagging systems are less than ideal so that you can control how you interact with them better, blocking people that you don't like, and curating your experience.

In our space we realized emotions were high in those days and when emotions are high, it's good to have a reminder that you do have tools available to protect yourself.

These recommendations were specifically written for people whose relationships WERE being impacted negatively by the Series Finale, if that's not you--we are glad!

Obviously, we don't think the first move for anybody is to end a friendship over a TV show, and we love to see and have constructive conversations with others.
