@preussler.berlinSummer is coming to an end!
That means pumpkin season! 🎃
But DevFest season is also about to start!
I'll start with Modena 🇮🇹, my first time there! Come and say hi!
I'll look a bit into the hyper-personalization our job titles ended up in and how AI reshuffles the game

@preussler.berlinAre you a real developer? 🤪
@preussler.berlinLatest Instagram app is totally broken. Can't go back when on stories. Does non of their developers use gesture navigation? 🤯
@preussler.berlinFind me at AWS community summit in Berlin today. I might be the one dude not sitting in the shade 🤪
@preussler.berlinFor those using it. But the majority never went that way. They're native and like it that way and AI helps filling the gap instead of KMP
@preussler.berlinMost complex enough clients never went cross platform because of the complexity. But I remember a talk I saw lately that agents should have cleanup tasks (similar to brain when dreaming) after each day. To find inconsistencies after changes and suggest changes needed
@preussler.berlini never questioned that :)
@preussler.berlinWe never did KMP at SoundCloud, and recently, it's just too easy to give the Android implementation to an agent, and it will create an iOS version out of it or vice versa 🤷
@preussler.berlinThe end of React Native but probably also of Kotlin Multiplatform

@preussler.berlinCursor soon to be obsolete

@preussler.berlinHad a great conversation about the history of @soundcloud.dev API and what's changing now when building with agents
