@rowald.netSpent the morning cleaning and organizing the brewing area. Not 100% where I want it to be but close. Need to install some more shelves to hold liquor bottles, thin out the glassware, and find a new home for the growlers, but it's getting there.

@rowald.netStarted the brewing/kegging day at 6 am today. The Pale Shadow Over Innsmouth is in kegs and being carbonated, the as of yet unnamed light beer is being mashed. One fermenter is soaking in brewing wash and another is waiting to be filled. Happy Friday everyone.
