The Whinchat this morning on Barr Beacon in the West Midlands l.

Had around 25 Swallow and a Sand Martin push through Barr Beacon first thing this morning and a Whinchat. Swallows cut a path lower down the hill because of the strong wind and turned SW and flew below the edge onwards.

I did the very first one in a winter there with Roger, I asked if I could count American duck! He said no and gave me Teal!!

Popped over this pm, walked to Riversmeet/Jubilee Bridge and also the the east pool. Nothing!
