Using the container of letters to their fear foods, in this anthology poets and writers send hope to others who’ve been where they were. Subs open 8/1/2026. Scheduled for publication 2/2027.

It’s the fear itself- that you can’t control yourself around it, that consuming one bowl of rice will erupt into gaining 10 lbs. recovery is finding balance for all foods.
